Who We Are
Sharing our vision, strengthening our community
Our Vision
CCS envisions a community where everyone participates and everyone belongs. The strongest and healthiest communities recognize and value all members and resources.
CCS works to forge strong partnerships with businesses, organizations, and neighbors to help realize that vision. And we encourage self-advocacy and deep engagement within the community for the individuals we serve.
Our Individuals and Families
The individuals and families we work with enjoy a strong sense of community and support. CCS remains true to its history as a small organization founded by families of people with intellectual disabilities.
Still “small enough to be intentional,” we’ve crafted a unique model of mutual responsibility and belonging that we project to the broader community.
